The apartment is situated near the Ursino Castle, the sea, and the airport, ensuring a convenient and strategic location. Our apartment is designed for maximum comfort and convenience. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a double bed, and a sofa bed with an additional mattress for a more comfortable rest, and two air conditioners. The shared terrace offers an ideal outdoor space for breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, even under the winter sun. ACCOMMODATION Comfortable and cozy, the first room is a large living room furnished with a large 3-seater sofa that converts into a double bed, complete with a comfortable additional mattress. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe, a smart TV with NETFLIX, air conditioning, and fiber optic wifi connection. The kitchen area is equipped with a table and chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare meals for your guests. We also provide basic bed linens, soft towels, shower sheets, pillows, and a hairdryer. On the terrace, you will find a washing machine, clothesline, barbecue, and recycling bins. Next to this apartment, there is another one with the same features, with a capacity to accommodate up to 4 people. GUEST ACCESS When you arrive at Via Plaia 88, enter through the door and go up the stairs on the right to the first floor. Turn left to reach an interior space; the apartment is on the left, in the yellow house. If you inform us via WHATSAPP, María, who lives on the second floor, will come to meet you to hand you the keys and show you the apartment, or we can leave the keys in the key safe. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times must be respected, although we are flexible and try to meet our guests' needs.
